Lemon Juice <br />salt to taste <br />1 tsp chilli pwder <br />Garam Masala <br />1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain) <br />A pinch of tumeric <br />1 tbsp chick pea flour <br />1 tbsp corn flour <br />1 fresh coriander <br />1 grated fresh ginger <br />1 Egg <br /> <br />Method:- <br />In a bowl mix the fish with lemon juice, salt, turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala, carom seeds, coriander seeds, ginger and stirl it well. <br />Now add corn flour, gram flour and egg to the mixture and mix it properly. <br />Heat oil and deep fry the fish in it.
